Information for Exhibitors for our Williamsburg, VA Conference

Dates:  October 5-8, 2025

Payment

If you sign up prior to August 1, the cost for a booth is $1,030.  A $30 credit card processing fee is included.

Starting Octoberr 1, the price will increase to $1235.  A $35 credit card processing fee is included. 

Payment can be made via this website.  Please include your company name in the payment memo. 

General Information

You will have (1) 6ft table between the meeting space and dining space and will have at least two opportunities to meet conference attendees outside of booth times.  Vendors are not permitted to attend meals or any general sessions.  

You may put swag on tables Tuesday morning.  

Example Schedule of Events. This will be updated. 

Monday

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast (guests to visit booths)

9:00 a.m. - Session begins

12:00 p.m. - Break for lunch (guests to visit booths)

1:00 p.m. - Session resumes 

2:30 p.m. - Session ends

3:00 p.m. - Cocktail hour- vendors invited to attend

 

Tuesday

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast (guests to visit booths)

9:00 a.m. - Session begins

11:00 p.m. - Break for lunch- (long lunch to allow time to visit with vendors)

12:30 p.m. - Session resumes 

3:00 p.m. - Session ends

 

Travel Expenses 

You are responsible for all travel expenses. We have a block of rooms reserved at Colonial Williamsburg Resorts, 310 S England St, Williamsburg, VA 23185 for a rate of $210.00.  The group name is Proverbs 31.
